the former subsidiaries of rohde & schwarz cybersecurity gmbh - r&s cybersecurity hsm gmbh and r&s cybersecurity sirrix gmbh – are now officially merged into the company.

the change leads to the dissolution of the r&s cybersecurity hsm gmbh and the r&s cybersecurity sirrix gmbh. all rights and obligations of the two former subsidiaries are transferred to rohde & schwarz cybersecurity gmbh. the managing director of rohde & schwarz cybersecurity gmbh is reik hesselbarth.

taking into account the change of names, we ask you – in case of existing contracts with the former subsidiaries – to replace the name ”r&s cybersecurity hsm gmbh“ or ”r&s cybersecurity sirrix gmbh“ with the name “rohde & schwarz cybersecurity gmbh“, wherever it appears in the current contracts.
