when fsl is starting up, it comes to some hesitation when windows desktop is already visible (hour glass appears).
if the unit is protected by windows-logon prompt, the same will happen right after pressing to log in.
specially when login happens not right after booting (e.g. 2 hours later), the login process is completed, but it ends in some application crashes.
